* Payment on the this website is processed through Paypal only, which is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online. Click here to read about how they keep your information safe.
* Your order will be confirmed by email after it has been placed and you will also be sent a dispatch email when we have posted your item/items to you.
* All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP). If you are an international customer then Paypal will convert to your local currency during the ordering process. To check the current conversion rate before purchase, XE.com can be used as a guide.
* Promotions and special offers may occur from time to time and the price on the item at the time of purchase is the correct price.
* Any refund will be calculated using the price paid at time of purchase.
* I reserve the right to change the prices of the products on this website at any time.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
* I ship products worldwide.
* All products are shipped within 5 working days and will be safely and securely packaged.
* All postage costs include a small proportion of packaging costs
* Depending on your choice at checkout, items will be shipped to UK destinations by First Class post and international orders will be shipped via Airmail. If you require a trackable or an express service, please email me before placing your order so that I can amend the postage price for your order.
* For international customers, any additional customs or tax amounts will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please read the conditions below:
* On receipt of your order, you have 7 days within which to inform me in writing of your desire and reason for a refund.
* We will only give a full refund if the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit. If you would like to return an item/items for any other reason, you will only be refunded the cost price of the item/items minus the original shipping fee.
* I am unable to offer you a refund if returned goods are not in a resaleable condition.
* I am unable to refund or accept returns on custom made or personalised items.
* You must return the item/items to me within 14 days of me agreeing to process your refund. Please note that the cost of returning the item to me is your own unless the item received was faulty.
* I accept no liability for goods returned by customers that have been lost or damaged in the post and refunds in these cases will be discretionary
* I suggest that you use a delivery service with tracking so that the goods will reach me and so that I can process your refund.
* I will refund your purchase price via Paypal only, within 7 days of receipt of your returned item/items.
