For those who don't know yet, Black Pound Day is a movement that empowers consumers to buy from black owned businesses.

 

This movement is important because some black-owned businesses often get overlooked or ignored in their industries. 

 

Black Pound Day is a monthly positive reminder that there are some fabulous black-owned businesses out there whose owners are working really hard. Businesses who deserve some recognition and the opportunity to show how much quality they provide with their products and services.

 

So we uplift and promote these businesses on this day and everyday thereafter, to ecourage a healthy economy and to make sure that money is circulating more equally.
